		<description>Because there are an infinite (sufficient) number of earths, there are an infinite number of potentialities, and all events that have occurred will have occurred. This is not a what-if but a when; just like sqrt(2) contains all expressible knowledge in base-10, this earth is just a segment.

But fortunately (or unfortunately) our what-ifs exist because 9/11 exists. In fact, I think, terrorism is not the event to wake up to by the alarm, terrorism is the alarm clock; and for this earth, it is a necessity– because the dream must break afresh. Better to believe in something, than in nothing. Sooner, than later.

ps. I would’ve liked to see the earth where Gore won, could Kerry have beaten that? And also, could the president of this what-if earth abolish an amendment, that Johnson is a jack-ass, and if he did, a despot; in this earth only the States, for now, can do that.</description>
